The investigation of CIA torture is a farce. By ignoring the chain of command, we repeat the "bad apples" defense of the Bush regime. We know that torture does not provide accurate intelligence. But torture is VERY effective at generating false confessions to justify political and military actions. It is also effective at terrorizing political opposition. These are the only reasons for torture. It is one of the worst crimes against humanity and our government is clearly guilty. If we fail to prosecute and punish those responsible, these policies will become standardized. At some point you may find yourself in an American Abu Gharib.

Anthrax Attack- False Flag

The FBI has been trying to sell a lone-nut-suicide story to a skeptical public, in a desperate attempt to close this case. Now is a good time to see this program produced by the History Channel. It recounts the FBI's record of blunders, foot dragging, slander and intimidation. While this program shies away from the possibility that this attack was initiated by our own government, it does address the cover-up of an illegal bio-weapons program. CIA Mystery Flights

The BBC program This World pieces together the jigsaw of "extraordinary rendition", the illegal CIA transfer of terror suspects to secret prisons in Europe. Ludicrous Diversion – The 7/7 London Bombings

On the 7th of July 2005 London was hit by a series of explosions. The police have chosen to withhold from the public almost every bit of evidence they claim to have, and have provably lied about several aspects of the bombings. The mainstream news has willfully spread false, unsubstantiated and unverifiable information, while choosing to completely ignore the numerous inconsistencies and discrepancies in the official story. When the government finally presented their official ‘narrative’ concerning the event, it was shown to contain numerous errors. They have continuously rejected calls for a full, independent public inquiry. Tony Blair described such an inquiry as a ‘ludicrous diversion’.

Operation Gladio

Operation Gladio reveals the secret state-sponsored terror network operating in western Europe for decades. Gladio was an extreme right wing secret army, operated by the CIA and MI6 through NATO, which killed hundreds of innocent Europeans and blamed the deaths on leftist groups. These armies were given access to military equipment which was supposed to be used for sabotage after a Soviet invasion. Instead it was used in massacres across mainland Europe as part of a CIA “Strategy of Tension”. Gladio killing sprees in Belgium and Italy were carried out for the purpose of frightening the national political classes into adopting U.S. policies.

The Power of Nightmares: The Rise of the Politics of Fear

A BBC documentary film series, written and produced by Adam Curtis. This film compares the rise of the American Neo-Conservative movement and the radical Islamist movement, making comparisons on their origins and noting strong similarities between the two. It also argues that the threat of radical Islamism as a massive, sinister organized force of destruction, specifically in the form of al-Qaeda, is in fact a myth perpetrated by politicians in many countries—and particularly American Neo-Conservatives—in an attempt to unite and inspire their people following the failure of earlier, more utopian ideologies. These films have never been shown in the U.S.

Part 1 “Baby, It’s Cold Outside” examines the origins of neoconservative and Islamist philosophy and their respective founders, Sayyid Qutb and Leo Strauss. They both argued that radical measures could be justified in an effort to restore shared moral values to society. The program traces the growth and struggles of these movements through the 1980’s.


Part 2 "The Phantom Victory" Islamist factions, rapidly falling under the more radical influence of Zawahiri and his rich Saudi acolyte Osama bin Laden, join the Neo-Conservative-influenced Reagan Administration to combat the Soviet Union's invasion of Afghanistan.


Part 3 "The Shadows in the Cave" addresses the actual rise of al-Qaeda. With the September 11th attacks, Neo-Conservatives in the new Republican government of George W. Bush use this created concept of an organization to justify another crusade against a new evil enemy, leading to the launch of the War on Terrorism.
