The Dutch news program Backlight presents (with English subtitles) a critical look at the influence of the Israel Lobby in American politics. A topic that is all but taboo on U.S. Television. It makes me wince to see so many supposedly knowledgeable speakers use the words “Israeli” and “Jewish” interchangeably. It is this blurring of these two concepts that make it so difficult to discuss the issue rationally.
There is a lot of great TV news, but none of it is on TV. I search the web for foreign & independent programs covering the issues corporate media won’t touch. -PLEASE- let me know if you find this service useful. Email me at the link below.
