Downloading Video

The ability to download video files off the web is important to a quality viewing experience. Streaming video, particularly in "full screen" mode, is often subject to jerky motion. Playing a downloaded video file allows for faster and smoother processing. I have not had good results with direct downloading. I prefer to use MIRO, a free, open-source video software. It can be found here . With Miro it is easy to search and download video from Google, Youtube and other popular servers. I also find MIRO's video player to be the best platform for playing on my TV. I highly recommend them. You can see the demo video here.
